Mission Statement

The mission of SLC Child Development Center is to provide educators professional development, activities, educational support, trips, and training for children & adults, while supporting the goals and needs of each family, with the goal of producing tomorrow leaders. Our mission for our daycare centers is to provide care and education for all children while supporting the goals and needs of each family by providing committed staff and volunteers as part of a program that supports positive behaviors in a program that trains staff to be informed caring leaders.

Vision

Our vision is to be an entity that strives to continuously maintain standards above state requirements, provide staff, volunteers, and parent training, provide community resource information, build community partnerships and follow a framework of consistent PBIS methods for the benefit of all families for as long as our programs we support is in operation.

Philosophy

We believe each child deserves the opportunity to be acknowledged as unique and special. Our organization will help each child develop to their fullest potential by helping them accept, respect and acknowledge differences between others as they learn to apply skills to their life.
